My name is Kym Frederickson, owner of N'Dulge Yourself Massage.  I was privileged to start this business in August 2004 and have had the honor of helping so many individuals with the many benefits massage has to offer.

I attended school at Blue Sky School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in Grafton, WI in September 2003. I received specific training in neuromuscular therapy (spine & thorax, upper/lower extremities, neck & TMJ), craniosacral, cancer & post-mastectomy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, and sports massage.  I graduated with a certificate in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  I obtained a license and a national certificate in massage in February 2005.

After schooling, I continued to take courses to maintain my license; which is required by the state.  These courses included:  Precision Neuromuscular Mobilization & Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Techniques for Head & Neck Pain, Ashiatsu Floor & Bar Therapy, and Fijian Massage Therapy.  There are always things that I can learn to further treat and assist in the aid of muscles, so I will continually take courses to further my knowledge in the therapy of massage.
